Tertius Willem Jacobus Van Der Merwe born in Clanwilliam 21 August 1943, the eldest of four children, where his father owned a garage and passed away in Belfast 7 August 2000 at the age of 56 in a motor car accident.
He was an Afrikaans comedian and TV presenter and actor.
He was married and has four children.
